User friendly

Its has actually made it harder to get to the best application on google. Picasa.
When I want to send the Picasa link to someone, its harder to get their email address
from my contact list into the google+ email link.

Or just maybe, I dot know how to make it work correctly.
That makes it user unfriendly.
